Arrest Records in Falls County
Falls County arrest records begin with the agency that took a person into custody. Current agencies documented in the Falls County research include the Falls County Sheriff's Office, Marlin Police Department, Rosebud Police Department, Marlin ISD Police Department, four county constables, Texas DPS, and the Texas Parks and Wildlife game warden. Lott Police Department was eliminated in 2022 and is not a current arresting agency.
The arresting officer creates the incident and probable-cause material. A custodial arrest then produces jail intake data, fingerprints, a photograph, property processing, medical screening, magistrate warnings, bond, housing, and release or transfer entries. State jail oversight also adds dated context to Falls County booking operations. A staffing finding began in October 2024 and expanded into an enhanced compliance process. New management later reported corrected staffing and safety items. After successful inspections, the Texas Commission on Jail Standards removed Falls County from enhanced enforcement on February 5, 2026.
