This private reference site is independent of all public offices. It does not host official records, perform official checks, retrieve files, or submit documents for users.
The content routes readers to Falls County clerks, the sheriff, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry, and outside research tools. Government Code Chapter 552, the Texas Public Information Act, governs qualifying requests to public bodies, while Government Code Chapter 411 limits dissemination of criminal-history record information.

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination
Harassment, intimidation, stalking, threats, and unlawful discrimination based on information obtained here or through a linked tool are prohibited. The Texas Public Sex Offender Registry exists for safety awareness, not vigilantism. Chapter 62 establishes registration duties but does not create a special public-misuse offense, and Article 62.102 concerns a registrant's failure to comply. General Texas criminal laws may punish threats, stalking, harassment, and related conduct.
4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or screening products. Data from this service or a linked tool cannot be used to:

- Determine eligibility for a permit, license, or public benefit
- Carry out any other FCRA-regulated purpose
