A name or location entered into a search box is sent to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep or log those terms on our own systems.

An email submission is retained as needed to respond. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically

No Criminal-Record Data on File
We do not maintain, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. The content identifies how to reach Falls County clerks, the sheriff, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Texas Government Code Chapter 411 controls criminal-history dissemination, while the Texas Public Information Act in Government Code Chapter 552 governs requests for existing public records from covered offices. Visitor information is not used to build a record about another person or a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their own privacy rules govern submitted terms, retention, and sharing. Review the provider's policy before sending a query because this policy does not control its systems.
